Please note there are parking restrictions in effect all around Willows Park during the Oak Bay Tea Party weekend. These parking restrictions are in place in order to permit emergency vehicles easy access to and from Willows Park. Look out for signs. Tow trucks are working overtime! It is suggested that you either be prepared to walk several blocks or, even better, take the bus.  B.C. Transit will have regular Saturday and Sunday service on the Tea Party weekend and extra buses on the Saturday night.
